Orders are shipped through cooperating courier companies, including Speedex, ACS and Easy Mail.

For orders with a total value below EUR 140, shipping costs are EUR 3.50 per order, including VAT. For orders of EUR 140 or more, standard shipping is free throughout Greece.

The usual estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. This is an estimate and may be affected by the delivery location, periods of increased demand or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.

The order is delivered to the address stated at checkout. Where available, collection from a store may be agreed.

2. Deliveries to Cyprus

Orders to Cyprus are shipped through cooperating courier companies, including Speedex, ACS, Easy Mail and Geniki Taxydromiki. Shipping costs are disclosed to the customer before the order is completed or in accordance with the applicable checkout process.

The usual estimated delivery time is 4-7 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

3. Risk during transport

The risk of loss of or damage to the goods remains with EVERMODE until the consumer, or a third party indicated by the consumer other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of them. If the consumer, on their own initiative, entrusts transport to a carrier not offered by longchamp.gr, risk passes to the consumer when the goods are handed over to that carrier, without prejudice to the consumer's rights against the carrier.

4. Delivery restrictions

Deliveries are not made to P.O. boxes. For security reasons, the Company may request reasonable identification or authorisation at delivery where necessary.
