Product Changes

Product changes can be made within 14 days of delivery.

In order to change the products, you must fill in the return form that you will find in the package.

The form must be filled in with all the details and accompany the item you are returning. Then you will inform the courier that we sent you your order and you will return the product without any transport charges of your own.

In communication with the customer service of our online store, you will choose the new item that interests you.

In case the new item is of greater value you will have to pay the difference using the payment methods listed on our site.

In the event that the new item is of lesser value the difference may remain on the customer's card and be used in your next purchase.

In Cyprus the customer bears the shipping fee for each change.

In case the customer wants a second change, you will bear all the shipping costs.

ATTENTION: Items being returned must be unused with tags and packaging intact.

Changes to products purchased from longchamp.gr can also be made in the physical stores of the Longchamp.

RETURN PRODUCTS ARE CHARGE OF EVERMODE

The customer has the right to return the products purchased from the online store at a charge of EVERMODE, in the following cases:

1. Due to the fault of longchamp.gr, wrong products were sold either due to an error in receiving the order, in pricing or in shipping.

2. Due to the fault of longchamp.gr, products were sold in a defective condition, which were either damaged during transport or there was initial wear on the product.

In these cases, the customer can either refuse to receive it, or request its return.

To return the products, the customer must fill in the return form with all the details and state the reasons for the return, and accompany the product.
The products must be in perfect condition and without any wear.
The packaging of the returned product must be the original that normally accompanies the product and be in excellent condition.

RETURNS OF PRODUCTS ARE AT THE CUSTOMER'S CHARGE

The customer reserves the right to return the products for personal reasons within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt.

In this case, the cost of returning the products is borne by the shipping method of his choice.

Returns will be accepted if:

In case of choosing a refund corresponding to the value of the products ordered by the customer, the credit process will be completed within 30 calendar days from the date longchamp.gr receives the returned products.

The money will be credited in the same way as the payment of the order.

In all of the above cases, the maximum return period cannot exceed fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt
