1. Identity of the online store

EVERMODE SINGLE-MEMBER P.C., registered office at 10 Amerikis Street, 10671 Athens, Greece, VAT No. 801852988, Tax Authority KEFODE ATTIKIS, G.E.MI. No. 164579501000 (hereinafter 'EVERMODE' or the 'Company').

longchamp.gr is an online store through which EVERMODE offers Longchamp products to final consumers. These terms apply to use of the website and to distance sales contracts concluded through it.

2. Scope and acceptance

By submitting an order, the customer confirms that they have been informed of the terms applicable at the time of the order. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions prevail over any conflicting contractual term.

The Company may amend these terms for the future. Changes do not apply retroactively to contracts already concluded unless required by law or lawfully agreed.

3. Products and information

EVERMODE makes reasonable efforts to ensure that descriptions, images, characteristics, availability and prices are accurate. Minor differences in colour display may result from the user's device. Obvious errors may be corrected without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.

4. Prices and ordering

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. Shipping costs and any other charges are disclosed before final submission of the order.

Before submission, the customer can review and correct order information. Submission through a button clearly indicating an obligation to pay constitutes an order with an obligation to pay. Receipt of the electronic order is confirmed on a durable medium, usually by email.

5. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and described on the 'Payment Methods' page. Card payments are processed through a cooperating payment service provider.

6. Delivery and transfer of risk

Available methods, costs and estimated delivery times are described on the 'Shipping & Delivery' page. Risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer when the consumer, or a third party indicated by the consumer other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods, subject to the specific exception where the carrier is chosen solely by the consumer and is not offered by the Company.

7. Withdrawal, returns and exchanges

The statutory right of withdrawal and the commercial exchange policy are separate rights. Time limits, process, costs and refund method are described in detail in the 'Exchanges, Returns & Right of Withdrawal' Policy, which forms part of the contractual information of longchamp.gr.

8. Statutory liability for lack of conformity

EVERMODE bears the seller's statutory liability for lack of conformity of the goods under the Greek Civil Code and applicable consumer-protection law. The consumer has the rights provided by law, including restoration of conformity by repair or replacement and, where the statutory conditions are met, a proportionate price reduction or termination of the contract. Remedies are provided free of charge, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to the consumer.

9. Liability and force majeure

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law. The Company is not liable for events beyond its reasonable control to the extent permitted by law, without prejudice to consumer rights arising from non-performance or defective performance of the contract.

10. User account

Users must provide accurate information and keep access credentials confidential. Use of an account by a minor or a person lacking the required legal capacity is governed by the general provisions of law. No arbitrary age limit is imposed as a substitute for the rules on legal capacity.

11. Personal data and cookies

Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy. Use of cookies and similar technologies is governed by the Cookie Policy and the user's consent choices.

12. Intellectual property rights

Content, trademarks, photographs, graphics and other elements of longchamp.gr are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Their use is permitted only to the extent necessary for personal and lawful use of the website, unless otherwise authorised.

Consumers may submit complaints to the Company using the above details. Any reference to the discontinued European ODR platform should not appear on longchamp.gr.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law, without depriving consumers of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence where applicable. Any jurisdiction clause applies subject to mandatory rules on international jurisdiction and consumer protection.
